G10
and FR4 are made of electrical non-alkali glass cloth that has
been impregnated with an epoxy resin under heat and pressure. G10 and
FR4 possess high mechanical properties at medium humidity and good
dielectric stability at high humidity. FR4 has anti-fire properties, as
well as the qualities of G10 possesses. G10 and FR4 are easily machined
and die cut. |
